DESIGN TOS

this is my design tos (terms of service) please follow these at all times! If you do not follow these you risk getting blocked and blacklisted and WILL NOT be allowed to own any of my designs

1. Please wait at least a week (7 days) before FULLY redesigning OR transferring my designs. You may SLIGHTLY redesign, for example; adding freckles using a color from the existing palette, adding wings, adding horns, etc

2. If you wish to get an oc for a friend you MUST let me know before hand, if you do not you will NOT be allowed to transfer the design

3. I accept cashapp, venmo, or PayPal (friends and family) ONLY. Cashapp is highly preferred 

4. NEVER remove, delete, or make my designs invisible to me. Never delete them off of toyhou.se for ANY reason

5. You may ONLY sell for the higher price than you got it IF art like commissions Is added on to the design

6. You just credit me for the design EVEN. If it has been redesigned. Please already credit me for original!

7. Never make rip-off’ or heavily reference/trace my designs!

8. Please ONLY create nsfw for my designs if you are 18+. You are DISGUSTING if you make nsfw when you are a minor, you are NOT welcome here

9. NO REFUNDS

10. Giving my designs to blacklisted users is strictly prohibited, if found out to do so you will be immediately blocked and also blacklisted

12. My designs may be used for personal or commercial use

13. Keep my designs on toyhou.se

14. Payment must be made 24 hours after being accepting, if you can not pay in that time frame and/or ghost me the design will go back up

15. Any changes to the design that you want by me will cost a fee

16. I am a busy young adult, please do not nag me about owed art!

17. Never edit the original design image, pls make a new one

18. In order to purchase and own my designs you must favorite all my TOS characters

19. Always check back on my tos as they could be updated!
