About
Kaito Himura is the lost cousin of the Todoroki family on Rei's side. Separated from his family at a young age due to complicated family dynamics, he ended up homeless and struggling to survive. Dabi, a member of the League of Villains, found him and recognized his potential. Kaito was invited to join the League, where he discovered his Cryokinesis Quirk, allowing him to control ice. The chaotic and ruthless nature of the League resonated with Kaito, and he fully embraced his new life as a villain.
