P'fffey

A strange little sylph who shares her looks with earthly lunar moths. Her personality is dreamy, wistful, playful, and eccentric. While sometimes having a cruel sense of humour- as feyfolk are often known for- she is almost entirely harmless except for her bug bites which can be painfully itchy.

She has the minor ability to control wind, and penchant for all things puffball-like in shape. Every morning as the dew is beginning to fade, she covers herself from head to toe in fresh dandelion fluff. Even the name she picked for herself (often shortened to "Pfey") is a pun on an onomotopoeia of the sound one makes when blowing out a dandelion.
