History

A big smeargle with a love of the ocean, and is most often hitting the sanctuaries cove so he can float most of the day away in the sea. He's happy to play with smaller residents of the sanctuary or guests who need someone to cheer them up. Big Blue's Ink is good for causing buoyancy in objects when applied to potions.
