One of the personal pearls of the Nacre for Quasar Reef, Ether cares immensely for all gems who call Quasar their home. If ever in need of something from them, it is almost guarenteed you'll be able to find Ether napping somewhere in their favorite spots. One can always tell when Ether is nearby, thanks to the sickeningly sweet scent they seem to emit.
backstory / story
Created not long after the finishing of Quasar Reef, and long before the first wave of pearls, Ether from the very start seemed to be quite lethargic. They had a tendency to nap alongside the original Nacre of the reef (Father Jupiter) instead of working. For the half a century, this was how each day went by; with Ether naping nearly every hour of the day.
