Bounty Hunter, name unknown. A captain of a big bounty hunting organisation, killing various undescribeable creatures for massive sums of money. Born a hybrid, luring monsters to the ship to be soon-killed. One arm missing, a piece of the ocean replacing it, his spite for said creatures not explained.
Befriending the ocean, being able to travel on it at great speeds. May sound weird, but it is actually pretty handy.
