Roswell is an oc from American Gods book and Tv Show from Neil Gaiman.

He is the god of conspiracy theories and live in the area 51 with his children, which are aliens that he created.

His powers are mostly to create tangible illusions if what he believe in, like his aliens sons for example. 

But also to manipulate people who have the eye of providence marked on them and being very persuasive when trying to join a New follower to his believing and cult. Every person who believe in cryptids, aliens, or conspiracies give him power. But it has for effect to make him loose his grip on reality and on his sense of self.

He is also Mr.World secretary and follow his orders to help the New gods to win the War. It was when his past form, Brutus, god of treason, made a pact with Mr.World, that he became what he is today.
