Bio: It had started with a surprisingly low-paying job at an animal lab. Testing possible cures for various diseases, injecting squirrels with something that would likely kill them. It really wasn't a surprise when the police shut the place down. It was fine, he never cared for the place anyway.
He never stopped with the needles. Catching slow rats in alleys and bringing them home in cages, injecting them with poison just to watch them die. He taped it, after awhile- Who would care if they found it? Who would care about a few rats?
Then he started putting them on the internet, the darker corners where people went to sate their morbid curiosity.
He was addicted, and addicts grow bolder eventually..

Skills: PLAGUE DOCTOR/DNA splicing, large knowledge of drugs and poisons.

Personality: Controlling, calm, obsessive, cruel.
Strengths: Plans extensively before doing anything. Very calculated, rarely makes mistakes and is nearly never worked up or thrown off.
Weaknesses: When something shakes him it will haunt him for a long time. He can get very passionate and lose himself, and sometimes can get angry and lash out.

Extra: After a long time, he starts to put more focus on trying to keep his subjects alive while still injecting them with various harmful substances. Since they are rats, however, he deems them all ugly and unworthy no matter what they survive, and uses the same needle to put them down with every time. Never shows his face on camera.
