Design Terms of Use

GENERAL TOS
✩I do not sell my designs to profiles that are unavailable to under 18 since I am a minor and so would not be able to communicate or keep track of my design.
✩Do not remove my watermark
✩No refunds after payment is received
✩Characters may be redesigned as long as it’s not a complete makeover
✩Do not edit the original art
✩You may resell designs for what you played + Commissioned value.
✩You may only resell the design to someone with a Toyhouse so I can keep track of my designs.
✩Do not sell characters for money that you received from me for trade.
✩DO NOT create NSFW art of my designs. You will be blacklisted and I will put the character back up for sale.
✩Do not delete a designs profile or make it private.
✩You may only have one profile per design.
✩If I worked on a custom design and you back out/ghost, I will sell it as a design.
✩I will revoke the design and put it back up if I find out you are/engage in pedophile/abuser/incest/zoophilia/ect.
HOLDS AND PAYMENTS
✩I accept payment through Cashapp and PayPal (PayPal.me)
✩Payment must be made within 48 hours
✩When bidding in an auction/claiming, state if you need a hold and for how long.
✩Short holds (1 week max) are available for all designs.
✩If you don’t pay within the 48-hour time limit, I will nudge you or notify you that they are being put back up.
PAYMENT PLANS
✩Payment plans are only available for designs $100+
✩A down payment is required in order for the design to be put on hold.
✩Add-ons and additional art through AB will not be worked on until 75% of the payment is sent in.
✩If there is a back out 2 months into the payment plan, 30% of the payment I have received up to that point is non-refundable.
PUBLIC BLACKLIST
I usually will inform you if you are being blacklisted and why you are before I blacklist you.
Those who are blacklisted will be blocked by me. DO NOT resell/trade my designs off to them, this will result in you being blacklisted as well.

My TOS will be updated and changed as I see fit. If I suspected you did not read my TOS after buying a design, I will direct you to my TOS and ask that you read it.
