Tsu, the "Iron Maiden"

Tsu (short for Tsubasa, the Japanese word for wings), more often known by her nickname, is a former maiden who conned the people near her shrine into visiting them, only to make them "vanish" with deadly slices. As punishment for her cruelty, she was cursed into becoming the "Iron Maiden"; a stork-like demon whose feathers are so sharp, they'll slice through any given object. She is feared by the locals for this very reason, tarnishing whatever positive reputation she had.

When in direct contact with sunlight, she’s forcefully transformed into this cursed form, laying waste to the land. The curse is weakened during the night, enabling herself to disguise into a form like the woman she used to be. Learning from her mistakes, she tries with her utmost priority to try and treat any lost and tired travelers who visit her shrine with respect, but she's well aware of her cursed form that'll devour their souls when morning comes, whether she likes it or not, and suggests they leave before sunrise. Despite this, it appears that she's trying to be more humble and loving than she initially was before the curse, and the thought of just becoming the Iron Maiden once more frightens her to her very core. For this reason, she wants to blot out the sun so she can stay in her human form forever, hoping she'd never have that retched demon take control of her. While farfetched, she just has to find the right travelers to befriend and learn the magic to weaken this curse, and perhaps tame her inner beast.
