soooo.....ummmm he..is not really a oc though this is what i came up with:meepy was created by starz so there was 1 extra creative god in their lands but it wasn't really a dark color so he...was kicked but meepy was just a newborn but since he was a creative god he had abilities and he could be come any age any size and any feline but he mainly a cougar
