Miruku Global Rules
REGARDING PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHT:
1. The buyer reserves the right to redesign the character purchased by them.
2. All designs by Miruku are non-commercial by default. If a buyer requires the design for commercial purposes, they may discuss their options with the artist, but a fee will be charged.
3. No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit, modify, distribute, make merchandize, claim credit for, or use the original artwork in advertising. All artwork is for personal use only, unless prior consultation with the artist.
4. The use of any of Miruku's works for blockchain-related technology, such as NFT's, Cryptocurrency and/or any future related tecnology within that realm is prohibited regardless of the type of commission. (Both commercial and non commercial)
5. The use of any of Miruku's works in any AI related technology training and/or future related technologies within that realm is prohibited regardless of the type of commission. (Both commercial and non commercial)
6. Changing the character credits or artwork credits is strictly prohibited. This has been an issue before and we ask for common sense on the buyer's behalf to not do so.
7. If the buyer wishes to post the original design artwork on another website, a direct link to Miruku's page is required. Only the purchaser of that particular design is allowed to publish it.
8. Crediting Miruku for the design when the character is drawn is not strictly necessary, but greatly appreciated.
9. The artist does not take responsibility for any misuse of the design and/or artwork on the purchaser's behalf.
