Yes it is!! Use the "simple color" comment and replace the " background-color: #53F192 " with " background-image:url(URL OF YOUR IMAGE); background-size: cover; " :)

It works for me, bottom left is my watermark :) The bottom right is the link to the comment, and yes it does not work sadly

The image that looks like a ticket in the bottom left corner is a clickable and functional link that takes you to the first page of the creator's profile. ^^
