Diovanni Gigantes

a Young Boy whose Father was the Don of the Gigantes Family for the Murder of all the original dons in York New City. Diovanni normally tends to be a sweet boy who cares about his friends and allies. But he also is quite unfazed about killing or torturing others with great ease, due to his life as a Mafia Member, even if he is still a child. 

His Nen is centered around his skills with Transmutation Type Nen - Called Piercing Cold, Diovanni tends to use the moisture in the air, in combination with his Nen to lower the Temperature around the area. Causing his full Hatsu to trigger, which allows him to transmute his nen into ice fully. He then uses Maniplutation type nen training to fight with this said Ice.
