Binder and Paige

A binder character that has gone through a traumatic event that led to them losing some of their pages, and they go on a quest to search for them to feel 'complete' again. One of these pages, Paige, gains sentience and becomes their own person and explores everything with curiosity. Whe she learns that she originates from Binder, she doesn't want to go back to them and wants to continue her own life. Binder is scared of being hurt again and thinks having all their 'pieces' together will at least provide them comfort by giving them a task to complete, but Paige isn't willing to let being scared stop her from enjoying things, even if she's scared while doing them. She doesn't want to let her fear stunt her or make her lose out on potentially wonderful experiences. (sometimes wonderfully good and other times, incredibly awful, but a learning experience nonetheless)
