All notes because I haven't drawn enough of them.

DESIGN NOTES

• Half the head is obscured by a shadow. - This goes down to the nose, which you can choose to show or hide. The shadow also covers the ears completely. Otherwise, the whole head covered by shadow is also OK!
• Scarf holds the weapons. - This can be...literal if you want. For me, it's an embroidered design on the scarf, and can be turned into the real thing. Ammo is usually on there, weaving like a snake. These weapons can be loosely hanging off the scarf, but it should be treated like it's a flat design.
• Is that Blood? Stickers? or Sweat? - It's sweat. Blood sweat. Feel free to add blood onto the face like normal, too. This guy is so tense...
• Shoes. - Majima's steel toe dress shoes, maybe...hidden blades at the tip or whatever. Or just plain black dress shoes.

• You can add shadows to the suit/clothing however you like.
• Always covered up except for the face/partially the neck. Usually wears gloves, but if they aren't, use the same color as the face
• One side of the scarf or suit lapel provides asymmetrical design. In pattern, design, or color.
• Has a katana which has a mannequin hand for a hilt. This can be decorated and posed however you like.
• Wears greens/reds/white/blacks/greys. Seems to represent the Joker card. Otherwise, orcas; deep sea carcasses/bones; and torn clothing. Pinstripes or other patterns.

GENERAL NOTES

• Face is an off-white, extends to the neck if showing. This is makeup or paint...idk yet
• Hair. - Short. Slicked back.
• One eye. Usually.
• If: Open Mouth. - Always draw fangs. Even tiny two fangs like a kitten, or sharp teeth all the way. 
• Doesn't really know how to smile, so grinning can look awkward. If you want to draw a smile, a small one is better.
