TERMS OF SERVICE.

By owning my characters you agree to my follow these conditions.

- Designs given to you either by trade or for free/as a gift can NOT be sold. You may only trade it with other characters or for art. This is cancelled out if you get a commission for the design, the worth of that commission becomes the characters worth, which is the amount you can sell the character for. If I sold a design to you or someone else did, the $ you spent for the design is now the worth of the character. Designs that were sold are allowed to be all 3, sold, traded, & gifted away.

- You are NOT allowed to delete or private any of my designs. You can give it back to me instead of deleting. If you do any of these because you have traded the character to someone off-site, let me know before you do it.

- You are allowed to change the design or have me do it for free. (If you do it yourself, please make sure its still recognizable as my design. Do not separate characters that have alt designs, keep 1 profile per character.

- DO NOT trade/sell/give any of my designs to someone in my blacklist, you will be blacklisted if you do. (There’s currently no one in my blacklist, keep it that way.)

- Do not make “copies” or “rip-offs” of my designs, this is including “child” / “fusion” / “related” characters with my designs.

- I will NOT tolerate heavy inspiration or stealing.

- Co-owning is not allowed.
