Celio

Celio is a mage that works as a first responder in an ambulence. His genre of magic is Healing/ Life magic, but he has developed the ability to transfer his magic into a handgun as well, a talent normally attributed to Combat magic users. It's a somewhat useless power, because his magic can only rebuild, not destroy, and on principal requires too much precision to be used long-range. But Celio is undeterred, and hopes to one day be able to develop his powers to the level that he can heal people from a distance.
