Type E "Doppelganger" vampire Shapeshifter, bred and raised by the Sarkiri on Ceskion. Doppelgangers have the ability to acquire individuals as forms and thus look exactly like the people they feed on. This one's base form is a Common Shadowcat, Pantherumbra Silvestris. His power is to "duplicate" his base form, sending the projections out as spies. The face thief doesn't seem to have a name. Maybe he has a serial number?
