Noble samurai is bullied out of the ranks following his friend's desertion of their class and role. He ran away and now travels as a ronin in search of a lost friend.

Great only in formal social situations, otherwise quite helpless. He is selectively mute! He really cannot get himself to speak unless spoken to AND completely necessary. Unless he is quite comfortable with the person and CHOOSES to speak. More often than not, he is silent. 

Likes archery [kyudo] and holds steadfast to traditional values.

Generally, he enjoys eating expensive nobleman food. Of course, he'll eat anything, but won't necessarily be pleased. He has a lot to learn about other people
He also knows numerous arts, although unable to practice them as a ronin. Caligraphy, tea ceremony, archery, and architecture beinn among the most prominent of those he practices. He was never satisfied with his painting, so it never progressed. Still, he used to find himself painting locations when he was at home.
