Somewhere, in the open fields of Derfland or the tranquil wood of Ronfaure, one may find a stoic hume lost in thought. Tretze is a man of few words, not by choice as much as by nature. Fear not if he has nothing to say to you; he holds no grudge against you. He simply prefers the company of wise old oaks and gentle summer breezes to that of people. Well, people aside from his sole companion, an excitable elvaan mage named Whoswho. Together they wander the wilds of Vana'diel, simply enjoying each other's company as they fight together for the good of the realm.
Despite his gentle and contemplative nature, Tretze is a force to be reckonced with on the field of battle. He favours greatswords for their reach and heft, but doesn't shy away from other useful tools like bows and axes. Anything goes, as long as he can end battles swiftly and preserve the peace of the wilderness.
