Arawen Maur "King's Shadow"

Arawen (or Arwen, none of the other Knights say his name right) is a living suit of armour housing a once-lost wraith who failed to pass into the Otherworld after the death of its mortal body. The armour is from a forgotten soul but a beloved knight who died in battle. He is the newly appointed king's right-hand man, always the sidekick, never the hero, and he's okay with that.

Supernatural antics and threats ensue when an old runic stone and shrine is desecrated, leaving the dead buried there to wreak havoc. Guiding his party and protecting his young, naïve king on a quest, Arawen decides not all there is to his existence is black and white.

Arawen isn't connected to my other world and characters; he and his story is a side endeavour when I need a break from TBB.
