Piper

Piper is a Katâra. The word is Greek, and it means "cursed". The Katâra are a genetically engendered species that were cursed to never be able to fly, one of the traits the scientists that created them wanted.

Piper, the character, started as a Dutch Angel Dragon. After her suit was sold, her species was changed to a Katâra. Much of the art shown is her D.A.D. form.
