When you obtain an adopt/custom from me, you will need to follow these terms and conditions. Most of my main T.O.S also applies here!

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

When you purchase a custom design, you're allowed to trade it/gift it.
If you do this, let me know so I can know who the new owner is!
You need to send the new owner this page, or make sure they're aware of the TOS in some way.
You're not allowed to sell custom designs I've created, (specifically obtained via owed art.)
Don't make major changes to the design. You are allowed to change: Hair type, Weight/Body Shape, Clothing/Etc. If you decide to make a few edits, make sure to specify that somewhere.
If you're unsure, you can ask me!

ADOPTS:

Adopts you've purchased from me are not allowed to be sold for a higher price than what you bought them for.
If you add artworks you've purchased, the value can be adjusted.
The value may not go up from free/gifted art. This includes art you've created yourself (if low effort, like shit posts/doodles/quick sketches.)
You need to make sure they'll go to a good home if you do decide to trade/gift/resell.
If you trade/gift/resell, you need to notify me! I keep track of new owners and such.
You cannot change their design too much from the original. If you decide to make a few edits, make sure to specify that somewhere.

UNWANTED CHARACTER

If you do not want the adopt/custom anymore, then either re-home it, or send it back.
You aren't allowed to delete them off Toyhouse!
