A timid girl with her head in the clouds, Julie has a habit of spacing out. She's sweet, polite, and soft-spoken, but... sometimes she doesn't seem entirely there - her thoughts are off somewhere else, and she's always blanking and getting lost in daydreams. You may have to repeat yourself a couple times when trying to get her attention.

A chronically lonely person, she can be a little clingy with her friends, but it's only because she cares about them so much. She's always afraid she'll lose them somehow, and perhaps that's the root cause of her constant nerves.

Or one of the causes, anyway.
