Wanders around the circus, making sure no shenanigans or break-ins occur. Also an entertainer like the rest. The puppet’s name is Jerr.

Waffles was a nameless beast in the Icy Layer for a good 30 years. He developed human-like intelligence, which was more than what his peers had, so he was put to work as a Sinner's Guard in exchange for a steady supply of food. He learned how to make his food into delectable meals, and unofficially became a chef for his camp.

Ebenezer visited the Icy Layer one for export agreements with Gelu. He wanted another monster for his circus, so he just took Waffles when he saw him. Waffles didn't mind, he wanted a change of scenery. Ebenezer offered him more interesting jobs- an entertainer and security, while keeping his chef job.

Waffles enjoys punishing sinners with his new clown friends. His absolute favourite part of the job is chasing intruders after hours in near-darkness, scaring them shitless. During open hours, he makes most of the carnival food. He loves serving his cooking to the public.

When not working, Waffles makes dolls and puppets to trap souls in. He participates in a sort of underground soul gambling operation, and gambles off souls to make a name for himself there. The more significant, powerful, or popular the demon, the more worthy their soul is to these gamblers.

Jerr is a haunted puppet. Some guy's soul in this silly bear puppet. Unfortunate existence. Hangs out with Waffles ALL the time. Usually his face and eyes don't move, but he can flip his face around to reveal mangled, gnashing teeth.
