For Villain's Pride AU. Captain of the post-apocalyptic land pirates, the Dog Gang. Thinks he's a dog. Charming and flamboyant, but a self-serving monster beneath it all. A cartoon villain that will turn into a real threat if given the opportunity. A cookiecutter shark from a local zoo, SiC is Momoku the bamboo shark. Has a "friendly" rivalry with another pirate gang in the area.
