after being infected during an altercation when he was 19 (read: he was beating someone up), teddy views his lycanthropy as some sort of divine retribution for his behavior as a kid. despite this, instead of trying to make up for his actions, teddy fled polite society to go live in an abandoned camper in the woods and feel sorry for himself, only venturing out into the world to visit the convenience store to make use of the change he fishes out of fountains. after over a decade of this, he's lost a lot of essential social and practical skills, and having run away as a teenager and before the iphone and the rise of popularity of most modern social media, is extremely out of touch. he's a very genuine, if not pretty pathetic person. teddy considers himself very stupid though it doesn't bother him too much, but he's very good with numbers. he's very worried about being hunted (he has a villagers with pitchforks type image in his mind), and concerns himself reading a lot of books about witch trials.
