Augustina, Witch of Runes

Personality
Augustina is a sociable, but very neutral witch. She knows everyone, witch, mortal, and otherwise, but also knows all of their secrets. She is very apt at gathering gossip and spreading rumours. 

Powers
Augustina's powers are runes and inscriptions. With her runes, she can trigger events and sounds, with which she can create situations that would have never happened otherwise (e.g., voices coming from a room as someone walks by to spread gossip). With her inscriptions, she can make things work the way she wants, for example, permanently sealing doors unless she commands it. 

Her powers effect items, but cannot be used on a larger scale. Largely, they are to trigger events, or to prevent things from happening.

Origin
As all witches, Augustina was immaculately created. Augustina was created from a craftman's mill, who was polishing stones to be inscribed for a temple. The temple later was dedicated to the ancient Lausene gods, and Augustina blessed it with her protection, so it would always be a peaceful, quiet place. Even in the present day of Thorns, though in ruin, it is untouched by defilement.
