- Please read and follow the TOS for the artists of the adopts I have up for sale, if they originate from someone else! Some are more or less welcome to referencing and inspo and whatnot.

For adopts and designs made by me:

• You ARE allowed to change/redesign the character somewhat, but not entirely! I would like it if I could recognize what they become under you care. You ARE allowed to draw or make the character(s) into other species. 
• DO NOT remove a characters fatness, natural skin marks/scars, or injuries, that's a dickhead move. DO NOT lightened their skin tone, that's just explicitly very racist. 
• NONE of my characters/designs are permitted for commercial use, however, you CAN make digital and irl art, irl merch/trinkets, discord emojis, etc for personal use/enjoyment, or for the use/enjoyment of your close friends.
• You ARE allowed to make fusions, children, and/aus of my characters and designs.
• You ARE allowed to resell and trade my characters and designs, but only for the price you paid for (unless you've created/commissioned more art/literature, then you can up the price accordingly to what's been added).
• NONE OF MY CHARACTERS, WORKS, OR DESIGNS ARE EVER TO BE USED FOR AI PROGRAMS AND/OR NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS (NFTs).
