1. ART TERMS

• you are free to edit my art, just state that you did!
• do not promote harmful/discriminatory/morally questionable content using edits of my artwork
• do not use my art commercially unless you pay an extra fee (+20% of the original artwork price)
• credit me if posting elsewhere!
• tracing is permitted as long as it stays private (personal use only), or if posted then do it so with very obvious credit. 

2. DESIGN TERMS

• redesign/overhaul to your heart's extent! just be respectful about it, and i prefer if you don't delete images of the old design (instead, put it in a different tab)
• all my adopts come with commercial use (not the art of them, you still need to refer to me about that)!
• making original species out of one-offs is permitted!
• you're free to resell any of my designs, even if obtained as gifts, but price responsibly!
• do not promote harmful/discriminatory/morally questionable content with my designs
• do not take away character coding (i.e race, disabilities, orientation, gender)
• do not remove my designs from toyhou.se, instead ask me or someone else to store a character for you if you need to move accounts or are leaving from the site! same goes if you want to hide the character instead, since i want to archive the designs i make
• ⚠️ in cases where i'm the designer but not the creator, refer to the original creator's TOS, please! only my art terms apply in this case.
