PAYMENTS- Regarding offers/payments related to adopts
- For USD offers I only accept payment through PayPal!
- I check in on art offers once every month!
- let me know if there are any issues with Payment, art or USD !

TOS- Failure to follow these may result in you getting put in my black/grey-list
- Do not priv/hide/delete my designs from me! I like to keep track of them, exc. is when you're privating them for coding/retheming reasons
- Do not resell my adopts for higher than sold unless they have extra art/works that could up their worth
- Do not resell/trade/gift my designs to people in my blacklist and Heavy blacklist if there are any
- Do not use my designs to promote hate speech, bigotry, and/or any bad things such as pedophilia, abuse, SA, etc. I'm fine with you using them to approach these subjects in a respectful/non romanticized manner, so long as they're portrayed to not send the wrong message ^__^
- You're free to make relatives/kits based on my designs, So long as they're not carbon copies of the original design, but please do check w me for approval!
- If Doing holds/Payment Plans, Please do notify me if anything comes up! I appreciate a heads-up
- I Do not do refunds, and you can backout of my adopts a max of 2 times a month! anymore than that and you're put in a temporary grey-list

GREYLIST-People here can still own my designs and interract, just not offer directly

BLACKLIST-People here are not allowed to own any of my designs, but allowed to interract
- None- thankfully!

HEAVY BLACKLIST-People here are not allowed to interract with me and anything I create at all, unless it's urgent
