Hello!! When offering on any of the characters on this Toyhouse, you immediately agree to this TOS!

- art offers must be completed or have progress such as a sketch / lines within a month! If no progress or communication occurs over a month period no matter the stage of completion I will assume your no longer interested and take the character off hold!

- when offering for a character you cannot back out or suddenly say your uninterested, unless it’s only been like a couple hours or something , I’ve had multiple situations of waiting weeks for ppl to tell me their not interested anymore and that’s bs 

- you cannot change who your offer is for once it’s been agreed for a particular character

-  please wait at least 2 , 7 day weeks before selling or trading a design! Gifting doesn’t count!

- please at least try to get one piece of art for the character before selling again !

- please don’t ever delete characters! If I designed , created or owned said character at any point I’d be happy to take them back!

- only buy a design or character of mine if interested! This sounds so simple but I’ve checked back on characters to find they’ve had no use or changes since initially adopting them and their already up for sale again- 

- please don’t private or make characters unavailable for me to see once adopted! this is more personal and also in order for me to make sure the other rules are being followed!
