Clouds Passing By is a long-furred, white and orange tabby she-cat with blue eyes and several scars. She has multiple pieces of jewelry on her neck and tail.

Clouds Passing By was a wise cat, she always seemed to know what to do, and deescalated many bad situations. She did not tolerate disrespect or cats disrespecting each other.

Clouds Passing By was born as Sunrise to Pine Colony. After the previous Sage died, she was chosen as the new Sage. She then got her name, Clouds Passing By. She was sage for an exceptionally long time, and was greatly respected and revered. After her passing, Through Tall Shadows became the newest sage.
