Juniper

Juniper was born cursed; purple skin, horns and a predisposition for magic. Abandoned by her parents, she had to raise herself on the streets of a rural village, Oak's Rest, aided only by other kids in her same situation. Instead of fearing her own magic, Juniper experimented with it and learned to hone it. Although the villagers hesitated at first, they eventually seeked her aid on breaking curses, creating charms and many other magical remedies. With a stable income of money, the girl built an orphanage and pledged to protect orphan kids, particularly those cursed like her.

Altough she is happy with what has become of her life, she still hasn't given up on her dream of exploring the world, learning advanced magic from the hands of experts, and finding the reason why the accursed exist.

• She broke her horn as a child, after falling down a tree. It never grew back
• She was named Juniper after she was found under a tree of the same name as a baby
