It's quite painful for him to fly, for long periods of time
Summary
Lukarth always had a fascination with humans, which lead to him leaving Heaven in a less then graceful way. His wings are badly damaged, and so he keeps them wrapped in a special ribbon that dulls the pain, and allows him to still use them, from time to time.
(When drawing him, he can be drawn with his arms unzipped from his chest, he also wears red nail polish.)
