Noboru's younger half brother

Minoru was always on the shorter side, making him appear much younger than his actual age. 

He is quiet, and tries to stay out of everyone's way; this makes many people assume he is shy, and timid, however he has a loud and vibrant personality when he feels it is appropriate. He will throw himself into activities with enthusiasm, but is always trying to mind his manners. 

Minoru loves dancing, whether he knows the steps or not. He has a knack for picking up and remembering a dance with ease. He entertains the notion of becoming a Kabuki performer, but feels his short stature would limit is opportunities. 

Despite the fact that he and his brother often squabble, he loves Noboru dearly.
