Deets:
> his horns are meant to be very big, dont be shy with them
> just lil dustings of freckles, not a ton - on his cheeks, eartips, shoulders, and elbows
> also his freckles are multicolored!! both light and dark for blue + red
> chunky sharky teeth
> tail spikes have three blades, only the innermost is jagged
> piercings are asymmetric in his ears and wings - he only has his blue wing pierced
> the cords hang off of studs on his necklace; im never super good at drawing that clearly
Other Stuff:
> his body parts are red on his right, blue on his left, but his clothing is the opposite
> scrawny little child
> 8 stripes on each horn, 13 on his tails, and 6 on his shirt and socks - please god take liberties if you need it
Atom is a cocky little brat. He thinks he's hot stuff and can be quite the drama queen when things dont go his way or even if he's mildly inconvenienced. He's young, though, so sometimes he's touchingly innocent.
