I am very loose with my design T.O.S and I am of the firm believe that once you recieve a character it is yours to do with as you see fit.

Once you own a design created by me, you have the full rights to do whatever you please with the design. You may resell, redesign, void, whatever you please. You may use my /designs/ for commercial use, but you may not use any art that I've drawn of them comercially.

I ask that you:

Do not use my designs to spread racist, homophobic, transphobic, or othr hateful messages. Do not use my designs for A.I training models or NFTs.

If I find you are doing either of these things, you will be blocked and will be barred from recieving my designs in the future. I do not have a public blacklist.

I also ask that you give me access to any designs I've given to you if you private them. This is not required at all, I just like to keep an eye on characters I've made or used to own. :]
