Dr. Therinine

Dr. Therinine, full name Teryne Therinine (pronounced /ˈtɛɹiːn ˈθɛɹənɪn/, alternative pronounciations acceptable), was a former researcher at a Minim facility of the Halfsharp Institution (For details about the Halfsharp Institution, see [LINK DOES NOT EXIST]), before the facility was utterly decimated due to a global event dubbed the Verschil Event (For details about the Verschil Event, see [LINK DOES NOT EXIST]).

After 1572 years have passed, the facility AI, designated BIRDWATCHER was eventually able to gather enough energy from what little of the solar panel was left and devise a plan. BIRDWATCHER, over the span of 200 years, would march a robotic agent towards Dr. Therinine. Afterwards, since only staff members were permitted to open the facility doors (If you're wondering, the doors are wired to seal when no energy is given), the AI would take another 50 years slowly reading her brain (There was no other intact corpse at the facility), in the process assimilating their mind. Finally, it would gather the materials to repair the solar panels, ensuring a more consistent energy supply.

However, in the process of transcription, BIRDWATCHER unintentionally had Teryne awaken and occupy 86% of the processing space of the drone. Given the progress, the AI simply had to live with the fact that its body was now controlled by someone else. Thus, in a twist of fate, Teryne was beshouldered with the task of rebuilding the facility, and figuring out what happened to the world.
