Cecila Telefi is one of the very few Orchidbloods alive on the planet (Violet -> Orchid -> Fuschia)
"Orchid bloods are about as rare as fuschias, only three-five exist at once (Unknown reason, they're just rare and dont pop up very often.)
Orchidbloods are necromancers of varying degrees, some are incredibly good at it, others not so much. They are almost entirely immortal, only dying from a very specific poison or eventually of old age."
Although Cecila doesn't have full control over her powers (she cannot reanimate the dead fully), she uses the power she can control for the benefit of her incredibly wealthy company, Telefi Robotics INC.
The company creates incredibly advanced robotics and technology in all sorts of fields. Most notably, they make servant/general purpose robots unrivalled by anything else on the market. The secret to these robots is their biological components; with Cecila's powers they are able to fit their robotics with real brains to allow for more complicated tasks (among other things).
This is obviously a company secret, and the ethics of this are also obviously debatable.
She also has a love for mutant-keeping & pageants (an niche hobby for highbloods to keep mutants or lowbloods as pets) and fancy alcohol.
Her native language is a strange dialect of Alternian only really spoken by other Seadwellers or the few scholars who care to learn it, giving her a peculiar accent (Russian. It's fantasy Russian.)
Although she's functionally around 19 sweeps old (40 years), in actuality she is well over 82 sweeps (176).
