Featherkit is a very small, thin she-cat. Her fur is a pointed yellow and lilac, with a white underbelly and white feather-shaped patches. It is fuzzy and long. She has a wide face with narrow amber eyes. She has a rough voice and an earthy scent. Featherkit has a scar across her shoulder. She is considered attractive by most, especially in her own Clan.
Featherkit values justice the most. She is somewhat introverted. In conversations, she is shy, sympathetic and compassionate. She is guided by her heart, often temperamental and hot-headed. Her world view is very optimistic. She is perceptive, patient, whimsical, noncompetitive, arrogant, disobedient and intelligent. She uses an expansive vocabulary... Too bad that she doesn't know what half the words she says mean. Featherkit doesn't have any strong opinions on Clan politics and prefers to stay out of them as much as possible. She is usually too busy daydreaming to seriously consider the idea of having a family in the future.
Featherkit was born to her mother, Whitethicket and her parent, Eagleswipe along with her sister, Jaggedkit and her brother, Heavykit. Her relationship with her sister was alright, she listened to the elders' stories with Jaggedkit. Her relationship with her brother was great, she played with Heavykit often. Whitethicket was spoiling her, while Eagleswipe was authoritative. Featherkit was close to both of her parents. She started a friendship with a kit called Hollowkit, but it turned into dislike that lasted for quite a long time due to him being too pretentious. They avoided each other for the rest of her kithood. During her kithood, Featherkit's favourite activity was practicing her hunting.
