Design Terms of Use
Tianoi Global Rules
— I own all rights towards the design and additional pieces I've drawn for it, if any, not the character. The character, such as its name, personality, story, etc. belong to the current owner.
— You are not permitted to use my art or designs in any way for artificial intelligence (AI), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and commercial use.
— If you'd like to use my design(s) for commercial use, please discuss it with me first. Only the owner who discussed with me will gain commercial usage rights, and all subsequent owners must discuss it with me again if they'd/you'd like commercial usage rights.
— You are free to alter the design (such as colour edits, adding or removing accessories, etc.) up to 50% of the original. If you alter the design, when transferring, you must send the original, unedited version as well.
— Turning my designs into closed species or creating closed species AUs do not require my consent, just remember to keep the original file(s) somewhere in case of transfer.
— When selling the design, it must be sold for no higher than the original price it was bought for.
— You are only permitted to sell them for a higher price if it includes other commissioned works.
