Wind is the gear racing son of Carl Hawk and Eclipse Echidna. Hatched after his father had an experimental operation, Wind was raised watching his mother practice magic on his father… but started to lose interest after these practice sessions devolved into arguments, leading to Wind watching gear racing on TV. Wind enjoyed the gear racing he watched on TV all throughout his childhood, dreaming that one day he would have a team of his own to race with. He eventually got his wish when he met two siblings who were racing as well during a trial day. Jessica and Matt Jr. Lightningfoxes approached Wind and allowed him to join their team, becoming the voice of reason for their teams flamboyant and hyper nature. After their racing day was over, Wind got dragged to Cherry’s home and introduced as her boyfriend. Wind was reluctant at first to accept it, but didn’t want to break the young foxes heart, and stuck by her side and as a team since.
