A Phione that either mutated so much or so little that he looks almost like a Manaphy. So close that when the position for Prince of the Sea opened up, he was immediately put into the position before he could say anything! Not wanting to disappoint anyone - or be judged responsible for the sudden disappearance of the previous Manaphy - the introverted little bundle tries to live the lie.
