The world-changing events in Inkadia radiate throughout the distant parts of Inkling and Octoling societies. In particular, the chaotic and quarrelsome city that is Splatsville has received rapid development in recent years. Coupled with this immense progress is a wave of immigration from both Inkadia and Octarian hideouts. Simply put, a whole world of spectacles and battles is quickly coming underway. This story will focus on just a small number of Splatsville’s inhabitants - both recent arrivals and long-staying citizens - exploring their dynamics, interactions, relationships, and tensions. But that’s enough preamble, it’s time to dive into a lawless, new world!
