DESIGNS MAY BE USED FOR PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USE. You have to get any artists permission before using it for monetary purposes however, including MINE.

Please DO NOT use ANY of my art/designs for roleplay. Tupperbox icons are a MAYBE. Please contact me before you do this.

Free designs may NOT be traded/sold unless it has been 2 WEEKS and you have ADDED ART (preferably commissioned art)

To add to this, if it has been 2 weeks, you may give it away FOR FREE with no added art. However, if you’re going to do this, I’d appreciate if you just gave it back to me. I may give you something in return but it has to be reasonable.

Selling/trading free characters with no added art/it hasn’t been 2 weeks will result in a warning message. If no response, blacklist + block.

Do NOT claim ANY designs/art I’ve drawn as yours. If you do this it will result in an IMMEDIATE block + blacklist. If you’ve done this by mistake please contact me.

DO NOT delete ANY designs I’ve done. Even if they are old. If you are going to transfer/move accounts, please CONTACT ME before deleting the character. I like to keep track of where my art/designs go.

DO NOT trade ANY characters Ive designed to people on my blacklist. If you do this, you will be blacklisted.

Do not use my art/designs for sexual purposes. Exceptions for Human/Humanoid designs/characters that are over 18+. I *will* report you if you are under 18+ and receiving or making nsfw. It makes me overall uncomfortable and while I may make exceptions for human/humanoid designs NEVER EVER use my feral designs for nsfw. If I find out you have been doing this it will result in an immediate blacklist.

Do not trade my designs to any people who have been problematic in the past. If you want to, please contact me and I will evaluate the situation.

Designs are redesignable. Please do NOT ask me to redesign them for free. I am busy and only give free art to close friends/people I know.

To add onto the free design stuff, you MAY trade the free design you’ve gotten from me with VERBAL (can be text) confirmation.

If you want a character permission changed please contact me with the reason why.
