READ CAREFULLY!

Before you commission me...

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission if it violates my comfort zone or goes against my artistic principles.
  • I may use the commissioned art for promotional purposes on social media, unless the commission is intended to be private. If you plan to share the art online, please remember to credit me.
  • By commissioning me, you agree that the content of the artwork does not violate any applicable laws, infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights, or contain defamatory or offensive material. You are responsible for any legal consequences.
  • By commissioning me and proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Start of the commission

  • To ensure accurate representation, please provide any relevant reference materials that may assist me in creating your commission.
  • After commissioning me, I will provide a sketch for your approval. Any changes or adjustments should be communicated at this stage. Please proceed to pay for the commission after approving the sketch.
  • While I take utmost care and professionalism in creating the commissioned artwork, I cannot be held responsible for any perceived likeness, accuracy, or quality issues that arise due to unclear or incomplete reference materials provided by the client.
  • The drawing process may take anywhere from 1 hour to a week, depending on the complexity of the commission. Please note that as a student, there may be times when I need to take a break from commissions to focus on my school duties.

Finishing the commission

  • If you intend to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, such as merchandise or promotional materials, please discuss licensing and usage rights with me beforehand. Additional fees may apply for commercial usage.
  • Once the final artwork is delivered and approved by the client, further revisions or significant alterations may incur additional charges. It's important to communicate any desired changes during the earlier stages of the commission process.
  • Refunds are generally not provided once the commission process has started, unless exceptional circumstances arise. If you are dissatisfied with the final artwork, please communicate your concerns, and I will make reasonable efforts to address them.
  • In the event that the client wishes to cancel a commission after payment has been made but before the final artwork is delivered, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any work already completed or expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
