Juniper lived an incredibly plush, comfortable life for a member of the Vanus System. Cadvor is a more wealthy Vanusian grassy sanctuary planet consisting of a massive hub of permanent merchant spaces of all types, be it weapons, clothes, foods, medicines, or in the case of the Dovizia family, herbal teas and coffees. The family of plant conjurers had no issue at all learning to gather and cultivate the plants needed and start their quickly booming business specializing in herbal healing teas and delicious coffee treats. A permanent Cadvor shop was any merchant's dream and they were quite comfortably living it.

As much as June loved her family, life, and love of cultivating and brewing different coffees, the idea of living this simply her entire life absolutely bored her. Everything had been handed to her, and she was often quiet and nervous around other people due to her spending more time with plants than customers, and she wanted to change those things, she wanted to do something for herself for once. She wanted to meet people, take risks, learn new things, see new places. Something about bounty hunting had always interested her, and would let her pursue a lot of the thing she wanted to do... So despite her family's protests she set off and joined a team.

She spent some time with a small Felidae bounty hunting team led by a certain Vega Stella who was pleased to show June the basics of her new craft, and some additional things as well. While June did appreciate the team, they had been afraid to take the poor girl on serious missions, as well as something always felt a bit odd about said missions... So when she met the gorgeous but... incredibly odd tentacle'd Felidae Tabitha, it was quite an easy decision to leave them and start traveling with her instead, thus truly began her truly thrilling adventures of partnered bounty hunting.
