I kept the lore I made for him and gave him a new design inspired by the pokemon Shinx and the album art for Cosmicandy by The Orion Experience

Cosmo is a mysterious cat that likes to traverse the Milky Way and discover new planets. Said to possess supernatural abilities, Cosmo can be found wandering through the solar system.
He claims to have been born in a similar manner to a star. Others say he was the result of a cat being let loose from Earth's gravitational pull and being infused with the essence of space itself. Still others say he is an alien or perhaps a god, sent down to the Milky Way to watch over its many inhabitants.
Cosmo has a tail made of space fire stuff that propells him through space. From Earth, he looks like a shooting star, zipping across the sky.
The last time Cosmo visited Earth was in the 60s-70s. The atmosphere at the time made a big impression on him, and to this day he’s a big fan of The Beatles and 70s rock. From his time on Earth, he also became an environmental activist and a big fan of glam rock.
Some say that when you see a shooting star, it is Cosmo speeding across the sky, chasing after a spacebug.
Anyway, he's waiting in the sky. He'd like to come and meet us, but he thinks he'd blow our minds :')
